Convenient and Clean Stay

The location was great, close to many attractions (a real plus!). I found my room to be very clean, with modern furnishings. The hotel security was also quite good. I felt safe .
The breakfast area was small. This made it crowded during peak hours, thus it was hard to find a seat.

My room had a comfortable king-sized bed. The room also included a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. There was also a television with many channels available for viewing, providing entertainment during downtime.

The hotel offers free wifi throughout the building. The fitness center includes several treadmills and stationary bikes (I appreciated this!). There is also a business center with computers and a printer available for guest use.

I appreciated that the rooms were nice and neat. cookies, coffee, tea, and water were available in the entrance. That was nice. the location is near many attractions i wanted to visit.
the canteen was small and sometimes i needed to wait for a seat.

The breakfast area was too small. It did not comfortably accommodate many guests. the staff made errors with my credit card preauthorization, resulting in duplicate charges. a lack of apology or acknowledgment from staff aggravated the issue. i also never received an invoice, despite prepaying.
